We have an announcement that we like to make. RunFest Cyberjaya 2012 will having a promotional rate to you as a participant of Rakan Muda Run 2011. The following are the details:

WHAT IS RUNFEST?

A fun run. And when we say fun, WE MEAN FUN. There will be a bazaar, live music & performances by local artists, workshops & of course, food & beverage tents. Inspired by the sport houses during our good ‘ol primary schooling years (Rumah Biru, Rumah Merah, Rumah Hijau, anyone?), RunFest will be made up of 4 different tribes that compete against each other.  

How to register:

1. Find your Tribe at www.runfest.my/wtf before the MMU Rakan Muda Run

2. Show up at our counter at the MMU Rakan Muda Run with your running bib, fill in the registration form to complete your registration

3. Voila! You are in!

Terms & Conditions

1. This promo is only valid at the MMU Rakan Muda Run on 17 December 2011.

2. Please note that you have to be above 18 years of age as of 31 December 2012 to take part

3. For those who have registered for RunFest Cyberjaya before, you will still be entitled to this registration fee. Simply present your bib at our counter during the MMU Rakan Muda Run 2011.  We will take note of your bib number and verify your details with the organizer of the MMU Rakan Muda Run 2011 and issue your rebate amount in cash on our race pack collection dates.

Race Kit Collection On The Race Day

Greetings runners!

As we all knew, today is the last day of the race day gear collection which has took place for three days, we have already closed the collection day sharp at 5pm today. Thank you to those who have come here collected your race day gear. Unfortunately, there are still race kits which are yet to be collected.

The good news is we are keeping your race kits and for those who haven't collect one, you may get it during the event day itself. Thus, we really hope you come an hour earlier for the collection before the race starts to avoid any problems or delay to the event.

And even after the event ends, if there are still unclaimed, we will still be keeping your race kits but only for a week from the event date and if you are still unable to collect it, the organizer has the right upon the uncollected kits.

Race Day Essential

Hello runners,
The big day is almost near and we got something important to tell you.

Rules and Regulation (Event Day)

• All participants must wear the event running tees. Failure or inability to do so will result with the difficulty of the marshals or any of the committee members to recognise the participants.
• Participants must wear their bib number given in their racekit. The bib number must be attached in front of the participant's t-shirt. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the race.
• In case of heavy rain, the organiser will delay the race until when the time that the organiser deem it safe to run.
• Baggages can be stored in the designated baggage storage area at FIT Glassroom. Any valuable and important stuff such as wallet, mobile phone, watches, keys, and etc. are best to kept with you. We will try our best to take care of your belongings, but we are not responsible for any losses. Its your decision to allow or disallow us to take care of your belongings.
• Participants are advised and expected to arrive not more than 30 minutes before the race starts to avoid any delay of the race. Any participants that came late will be automatically disqualified.

Confirmation E-mail and more

Dear registered participants,

We have send you a confirmation email about the details regarding our entry. If you did not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam box and if it does not appear in your spam box, please email your name and email address to confirmationrakanmudarun@gmail.com. 

Please take note that we have change the racekit collection date to 9th - 11th December.

One last note, during the event, we highly recommend you to wear your event running tees to support the sponsor team and to verify your participation in this event. We will not held responsible if we cannot identify you as a participant in this event if you did not wear your bib number together with the running event tees.

Racekit Collection Date CHANGED

Hello fellow runners!

We have some news to tell you guys. Due to the high demand from you guys and to allow working adults to collect the race kits during their free time, we are bringing forward the collection date from 7th-9th December to 9th-11th December! Below are the latest details:

Racekit Collection
Date: 9th - 11th December, 2011.
Time: 3.00pm - 5.00pm on Friday, 10.00am - 4.00pm on Weekends.
Location: Secretariat Rakan Muda (SRM) Operation Room, Multimedia University, Cyberjaya.

Good day runners~!

We have a new announcement to tell you. If you live at or near Malacca and wanted to join the run, well good news to you guys and girls as we will be opening our booth at Malacca for a day! The following are the details:

Location: Multimedia University Malacca Secretariat Rakan Muda Operating Room.
Time: 10am until 6pm.
Date: Thursday, 10 November, 2011.
